A platform built for safe communication

When people, messages and member information come together in one solution, privacy has to be taken seriously. LinkUp gives your organisation control over users, access and content, while personal data is handled according to documented procedures.

In short

  • Privacy from the start

LinkUp is developed with privacy as a core part of the solution – not as an afterthought.

  • Data stored in Europe

All data is stored on servers in Europe. Customers with their own app can get separate servers and databases, and storage in Norway can be offered as an option.

  • Control over access and content

Administrators control who has access to what, and can moderate content and follow up reported posts.

  • User rights respected

Users have the right to access, rectification, deletion and data portability in line with the GDPR.

Detailed information

Below you'll find more about how personal data is processed in the LinkUp platform. Note that this page concerns the LinkUp platform – information about this marketing website is found in the privacy policy.

What data is processed
At registration, email, name and optionally title and company affiliation are processed. During use, content created by the users themselves is processed, such as posts, comments, messages and registrations. Optional profile fields such as phone number, photo and bio are controlled by the user.
